Structure
Quartz tube
High purity quartz tube for high temperature tube furnaces in universities, companies, and national labs. It can be used at operating temperature up to 1200ºC.
Alumina tube
High purity Alumina (Al2O3 ) tube for high temperature tubing furnaces in universities, companies, and national labs. It can be used at operating temperature up to 1800ºC.
Flange
Made of Stainless Steel with double high temperature silicon O-rings on each flange.
On one end the flange has a vacuum meter with valve attached, and on the other end has only valve.
Seal tube by tighten screws on the flange without any welding and glue.
Temperature controller
KJ-708P-AG Precision temperature controller is MET certified. It adopts PID parameter control method which precisely controls tempeature with +/-1C accuracy. It has built-in function modules which can work with Solid Relay to optimize the furnace performance according to different models of furnaces
Digital vacuum gauge
This is a Pirani Capacitance Diaphragm Gauge (KJ-PGC-554) combines the patented ceramic capacitance diaphragm sensor technology with the advantages of a Pirani gauge in a single product. In the measurement range between 10 mbar and atmosphere, the capacitance diaphragm technology provides gas-type independent, highly accurate values for reliable pressure measurement.
Vacuum pump
Vacuum level can reach 10E-2 torr by quality mechanical vacuum pump and 10E-5 torr by molecular pump.
